How to fix error: Mercedes EWA EPC Session Token has expired

Find Folder: C:/programm files/EWA/config/um_cfg.xml

Open this um_cfg.xml file and the edit

​

• Change value:
• 
  
• <PARAMETER name=”tokenActiveMinutesAfterStart”>30</PARAMETER> edit “30” to “-1”
• <PARAMETER name=”tokenActiveMinutesAfterReinitialization”>480</PARAMETER> edit “480” to “-1”

• Return to open the test software if the problem is not resolved. Do the following additional steps:
• RunEWA Admin Tool by “Run admin…” -> Restart EWA server service -> Stop EWA daabase -> Start EWA daabase

• Restart laptop
• Open software
