BMW ISTA-D Unable to start new session, as the Windows BITS Queue is full. See DSS solution #00047275
+ Open Command Prompt with Run as admin
+ Input compmand: bitsadmin /reset
Step 2:
+ Open Services and the disable “Background Intelligent Transfer Service”
+ Choose from the picture below:
Step 3: Restart and check
