What's new in BMW ISTA+ 4.59.40

* Component Theft Protection: Stricter security requires Secure Tokens from the BMW backend to initialize protected modules (Head Unit, BDC, etc.). Installing used protected parts is blocked (CCU cross-exchange lock).
* SecOC (Secure Onboard Communication): Mandatory IPSec validation for communication between ECUs on newer architectures (e.g., I20, U06) to prevent bus manipulation.

Bug Fixes:
* Resolved an "Execution Lock" bug when initiating programming on PHEV models.
* Fixed sporadic Terminal 15/PAD ignition switching errors occurring when canceling programming on FEM/BDC modules.
