BimmerLink for Android is the direct connection to your BMW or Mini. With an OBD adapter you can read fault codes or view sensor readings in real time, check the current status of the DPF in your car or register a new battery after replacement. With BimmerLink, you can even remotely control the exhaust flap or mute the Active Sound Design in your car.
READ AND CLEAR FAULT CODES
Diagnose your car in a way that would otherwise only be possible with your service partner. Unlike generic OBD apps, BimmerLink lets you read fault codes from all the ECUs in your car. Existing fault codes can be easily cleared and in addition to the fault memory, you can also read faults from the info memory and permanent fault memory.
DISPLAY REAL TIME SENSOR VALUES
BimmerLink offers a huge selection of values such as oil temperature or boost pressure. Keep track of all your car's important parameters with a personalized dashboard.
EXHAUST FLAP REMOTE CONTROL*
Take control of the exhaust flap in your car and decide for yourself whether it should be closed or open.

If you don't like the artificial engine sound produced in your car, simply mute Active Sound Design with BimmerLink.
DPF REGENERATION***
With BimmerLink, you can check the current condition of the diesel particulate filter in your car. Find out when the last regeneration took place or how much ash has accumulated in the filter and start a regeneration at the touch of a button.
BATTERY REGISTRATION
If you want to replace the battery in your car, this must be registered in the engine control unit and BimmerLink now allows you to do this yourself.
PARKING BRAKE SERVICE MODE
With BimmerLink you can activate the service mode for the electromechanical parking brake.
