GUARANTEE POLICY – UNDERTAKE TO SOLVE WITHIN 12 HOURS
Subjects applied: All members who bought documents on website DHTAUTO
Time applied: during office hours ( outside office hours with commitment to solve from the hour the following day)
Goal: Due to diversity and abundance of documents with members’ contribution on e-library DHTAUTO, management board cannot control all the contents as well as attachment documents. Documents can contain errors or not match description. For guarantee of members’ interests and benefits on DHTAUTO, we would engage to protect members’ benefits upon purchasing documents.
Commitment from DHTAUTO
- DHTAUTO undertakes that we correct documents and send to members within 12 hours since we receive reports or email on wrong or inaccurate documents.
- If after 48 hours not correcting all documents. DHTAUTO will refund 110% of Credits to members in purchasing mistaken documents
