The main requirement before you install version 4.0 ElsaWin - have installed in the system Adobe Reader. Minimum version - 5 (There is a distribution) or later.
How to install simple:
1. Install setup 4.0.
2. Install the update 4.1.
3. Install the update 5.0.
4. Install the update 5.1.
5. Install the base.
Just need to install SVGView.exe - need to display Electric Schemes.
