How do you post or start a new thread on forum ?

If you have any manuals or something like that. How can you upload that files on Dhtauto.com to make extra money ?
Step 1: To start a new thread or post a reply in an existing thread, log in to the forums. To log in, enter your user name and password at the top right of any forum page.
You can't post from the main forum page. You must be in a particular forum to start a thread and in a particular thread to post a reply.
For example: I has Lexus repair manual. So, I click " AUTO REPAIR & WORKSHOP MANUAL" and choose “LEXUS" to post new thread.
